When will my package arrive?

 

Packages general take 1 to 3 business days to package and drop off to mail carrier for shipping. After that 5-7 business days on average domestically. Some may take longer and others might be shorter.

 

 What mail carrier will my package arrive through?

 

As of right now we only ship through the United States Postal Service.

 

Return Policy:

 

We have a 30-day return policy. In the event that you receive a damaged product please contact our support and provide photos of the issue and we will have you return the damaged product once returned we will send you a new one. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will issue a return and refund once we receive the return. Some exceptions do exist. In the event you as the customer have used any product that comes in contact with your body or with food and that product was not damaged because of shipping or a candle that you already have lit and did not like the smell we do reserve the right not to issue a refund but this is on a case-by-case bases.
