  1. I emailed your support on a weekend or federal holiday. Why haven’t I heard back from you about my question.

 

We do not fill orders or respond to emails on weekends or holidays. As well as anything in between the hours of 6 PM to 8 AM Eastern Standard Time. our reason for this is simple. just like everyone else we believe everyone gets time off from work to be with family and live life.

 

  1. The product I ordered doesn’t looked perfect.

 

All our products are handmade so there will be some small difference between similar products. This also means there will be small imperfections in the product as well. We believe this gives our products character that you won’t find in most home store products. If you believe there is an issue with a product with your order then please feel free to contact us about it. We ask that you put your order number in the subject line of the email. We also ask for a picture of the product along with a brief description of the issue and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Keep in mind of our operation hours as stated above. this way you can know when to expect an answer to resolve your issue.

 

  1. Where are these products made?

 

All of our products are hand made in the United States.

 

  1. One of your products is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

 

This is a complicated answer. We strive to keep in stock anything that we sell on this site. because everything is hand made it and the difference in how different products are made it can very from a couple days to a couple weeks. we suggest that you refer to that products page for estimated restock dates.

 

  1. What is a limited run product and how long are they in stock for?

 

Limited run products are products that are made once. The reason for this ranges from being a test product to see how popular something might be to limited availability of resources to make that product. Once the stock is out then its sold out for good. They stay

in stock for as long as we have product to sell.

 

  1. Do you sell seasonal products/holiday decorations?

 

Our plan is to sell seasonal products that will be available during the different seasons to include special holiday items as well. as of right now we are focused on getting up and running and focusing in on selling our base items for now.
